Almond Milk for Weightloss?

Is almond milk better compared to regular milk for weightloss? On the topic of regular milk and the health qualities of its, there are plenty of websites available that tell you exactly how bad cow’s milk is for the health of yours, good I can’t say I agree with these websites in the situation of those individuals who’s bodies are able to digest cow’s milk with no problems. I have had milk most of the life of mine and never had some indicator of the many adverse health impacts that a lot of people claim milk causes.

1 month agoI will be able to understand fully the issues for individuals with low tolerance to lactose or maybe milk solids, but I’ve to say I’ve certainly not had any problems all of my life consuming cow’s milk.
