The rise in acceptance of “Research Chemicals” over the past few years has led to calls for a reshuffle of the country's drug laws.

Research chemicals are chemical elements amalgamated to mirror Addiction Autism Spectrum Disorder the effects of illegal drugs such as MDMA, Amphetamines, Ketamine or Hashmats Health Vit-D3 Capsules Cocaine. Websites sell these chemicals as “not for person consumption” Even though the common knowledge is that they are certainly used as legal highs.

The interesting thing is that many of these new compounds are in fact more dangerous than their punishable counterparts. Side effects from ingesting these dangerous chemicals include enhanced heart rate, stress and depression. Also the fact that these chemicals are “legal” leads users to believe that they are safe which is usually not the case.

There have been information of children taking these chemicals into schools which is a significantly involving prospect. There is also analysis to suggest that these research chemicals will act as a threshold to tougher, more harmful drugs in the future.

Many of the websites are even passing off unlawful chemicals as legal substances.A recent test found that of 5 compounds individually tested 3 of them were found to “include illegal substances, so if you are going to buy MDMA drugs Online research chemicals online assure that you order from a accountable supplier with an expert information of these chemicals. There has been a rise in websites marketing research chemicals and a lot of the time the websites are run by an particular from their bedroom as opposed to a experienced company. A dependable, responsible vendor will often show the Product Analysis of their chemicals to demonstrate the purity of the compounds they are selling. If they do not demonstration these on the website request to see them by email.

The chemical which accelerated the profile of Research Chemicals in the UK Mephedrone or Meow Meow was banned last year but has since been reinstated by a host of new legal chemicals. Some of the more well-known chemicals include methiopropamine, Etizolam, benzo fury pellets, amt, Ethylphenidate, 5-MeO-DALT and nrg-3. The law in the UK has been modified meaning conceivably dangerous chemicals can be banned in a much decreased timescale. etizolam was freshly banned under these new legislations although they purely cannot keep up with the rate at which these chemicals are arriving. There has been calls for the government to have a immoderate rethink of the whole drugs coverage in the country. Countries such as the USA and Australia have an analogues law where anything which is structurally identical to a known illicit compound is mechanically outlawed. Whether the UK decides to employ this kind of law is yet to be seen but what we do know is that possibly way the research chemicals marketplace is going to be around for a long time yet…

US first responders plead not guilty in chokehold-ketamine death of…

Elijah McClain’s death in the western United States occurred months before the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis in May 2020 triggered mass protests over police brutality against minorities, especially Black Americans

Three US police officers and two paramedics on Friday pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter of a young Black man who died after he was put in a chokehold and injected with ketamine.

Elijah McClain was detained by the first responders in August 2019 after law enforcement in Aurora, Colorado responded to a call about a “suspicious” Black man “acting weird” in the street and wearing a ski mask.

One officer said McClain, who was unarmed, had reached for another officer’s gun.

They restrained him in a chokehold during their arrest, and paramedics administered ketamine to sedate him.

McClain died three days later. He had suffered cardiac arrest.

His family later told media he had been out buying iced tea, and Optrex Bloodshot Eye Drops often wore the mask to stay warm because he suffered from anemia.

The 23-year-old’s death did not initially receive much media attention in the United States.

But the story gained prominence after the murder by officers of George Floyd the following year, an episode that triggered a nationwide reckoning over racism and police brutality.

Public pressure, including from celebrities such as Ellen DeGeneres, led to a 2020 probe by Colorado’s attorney general.

In 2021, officers Nathan Woodyard and Randy Roedema, former officer Jason Rosenblatt and paramedics Jeremy Cooper and Peter Cichuniec were charged with 32 counts, including one each of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.

On Friday, all five pleaded not guilty when they appeared in an Adams County court, the Denver Post reported.

Woodyard, who put McClain in the chokehold, was ordered to appear in court on September 18.

The other two officers will be tried together, beginning July 11, while the paramedics will face trial on August 7.

Urgent warning issued for bright orange pills stamped with a Nike tick

Health authorities have issued an urgent warning against buying orange ‘Nike tick’ MDMA pills after a number of revellers were rushed to hospital.

Victoria’s Health Department issued the warning on Tuesday about the risks associated with the MDMA pills.

The pills in question have been found to contain a toxic combination of MDMA and the stimulant pentylone.

The substance produces similar effects to stimulants like MDMA and methamphetamine but are more potent with even small amounts able to produce strong effects.

Pentylone – like other synthetic cathinones – often causes a more mild euphoric or psychedelic effect and wears off faster than that of MDMA.

Orange ‘Nike tick’ MDMA pills (above) have caused a number of hospitalisations in Victoria

This often leads users to take more in a shorter period of time and increasing the risk of toxic effects.

Symptoms of high doses of synthetic cathinones can lead to long periods of sleeplessness, muscle twitching, increased risk of agitation, paranoia and hallucinations, and toxic effects such as overheating and heart problems.

The sale of these MDMA and pentylone combined pills has led to a rise in emergency department admissions with blood tests showing synthetic cathinones in the system.

Synthetic cathinones may appear as crystals, powders, tablets or capsules.

Health authorities have warned taking cathinones with psychedelics like LSD (acid) can also increase the risk of dysphoria (bad trip), agitation, and behavioural disturbances that place people at immediate risk.

They can also interact with a range of medications, including those used to treat depression and anxiety such as SSRIs, SNRIs and TCAs.

CommBank worker's LSD and MDMA binge before death at festival

A Commonwealth Bank worker had taken LSD and up to five MDMA pills while at a popular dance festival before he died the following morning.

Kieran Ngo, 26, had gone to the Transmission Festival which was held at the Showground on Saturday afternoon.

He had gone back to his girlfriend’s home in southwest Sydney but by 1.30am on Sunday, he was feeling so unwell he took himself to the Bankstown Hospital.

By 3am the 26-year-old had died.

A friend of the bank worker insisted he wasn’t a regular drug user.

Kieran Ngo, 26, took a pill at the Transmission Festival which was held at the Sydney Showground on Saturday afternoon. He died hours later

‘He wasn’t a reckless guy…no way did he think this could cause him to die, it was just meant to be fun,’ the friend told the .

‘I don’t want you making out like he was a big drug user because he wasn’t at all…we don’t even know definitely that’s why he died.’

Sunrise host David Koch said many drug safety advocates have claimed state governments have ‘blood on their hands’ due to their refusal to introduce pill testing at festivals.

Greg Chipp, Flakka A-pvp managing director at Drug Policy Australia, said NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet gave a ‘callous’ response to the death of Mr Ngo.

‘The Premier basically said ”condolences to the family of Kieran Ngo, the first thing is don’t take drugs”,’ he said.

‘He’s using the death of a young employed average Australian and making political capital out of it.To me that is just callous.’

Twelve other patrons at the Transmission Festival were hospitalised

Twelve other festival-goers were also taken to hospital with NSW Police investigating if a bad batch of MDMA was circulating.

Seven of those taken to hospital required assistance breathing, while more than 400 tablets were seized by cops.

In total, medical teams at the festival treated more than 130 people with complaints related to drug use and heat exhaustion.

Police are now speaking with Mr Ngo’s girlfriend and friends to understand the circumstances leading to his death.

Pill testing involves analysing illicit drugs to find out what possibly harmful substances are present.

There has long been a push to introduce pill testing at festivals, nightclubs and similar places but the government has steadfastly rejected calls.

The NSW Police Minister previously ruled out allowing pill testing at the state’s festivals, insisting ‘there is no safe way to take drugs’.

However, Mr Chipp previously told Daily Mail Australia that the testing could stop  the ongoing tragedy of young deaths at festivals.

‘The ongoing tragedies occurring with the loss of young people using pills could easily be stopped if the pills were vetted,’ he said.

‘The government needs to take care of the Good Health Organic Magnesium Ultra of its citizens. They know hundreds or thousands of Australians will take drugs, some with dangerous substances, but their wilful refusal to introduce pill testing makes them culpable for the tragedies.’
